what we do

the main thing is one-to-one coaching. everything else grew out of it.

one-to-one coaching

an hour at a time, online, usually weekly to begin with. we pick the skills causing the most trouble and build around those. no fixed curriculum or homework you'll resent.

i'm an IEFCC certified executive function coach (level 2).

£60 an hour, or £399 for a block of eight

adhd coaching

the same thing, with more attention to the physiological impacts of adhd and what comes with a diagnosis. as well as the admin of being diagnosed, working out what medication does and doesn't cover, and the year afterwards when everyone assumes you're sorted now. it sits alongside whatever medical support you've got, not instead of it.

coaching for teenagers and their parents

for teenagers, it's usually gaining independence: starting school or college work, remembering things, and getting through a week without it turning into a row at home. parents get to step out of the manager role (and no, i won't tell you how to parent).

for under 18s a parent or guardian is nearby for sessions and a full safeguarding policy is available on request.

schools and organisations

staff training, student talks, consultancy, and regular in-school coaching: coming in on a set day each week (or the online equivalent) to work with students one-to-one.

talks and workshops

executive function for staff rooms, students, teams and conferences. one hour to a full day, pitched at whoever's in the room.

creatives and writers

structure and accountability for creative work. getting the thing started, finished and sent, whether that's a script, a novel, a portfolio or the business side of being a creative.

access to work

if you're employed, coaching may be fundable through the government's Access to Work scheme. happy to talk you through how that works.
